    Key responsibilities and accountabilities

    • Support the EMEA Sales organization as the primary programmatic expert to help retain and close business opportunities with agencies, direct clients, and DSPs.
    • Be your buyers’ favourite publisher contact:  fast, effective, friendly and proactive.
    • Display urgency when there is a deal or an issue to handle; act quickly to ensure maximum revenue gains and client satisfaction.
    • Retain business by monitoring live deals and proactively reaching out to clients, asking what is working for them.
    • Uncover more opportunity by digging into each deal and evaluating bid requests, bid responses, win rates and bid eCPMs.
    • Advise buyers on audience targeting that could help bring their campaign success.
    • Use multiple platforms to monitor deals, troubleshoot, pull data to share with clients and to report internally.
    • Comfortably navigate the ad-tech ecosystem.
    • Stay informed about the latest industry news, in order to converse with, and advise, clients.

    Communication

    • Superb communication is crucial, written and oral.  You always re-read your emails and ensure you’ve answered clients’ questions prior to sending.
    • Over-communicate with internal team members. Be clear and never make assumptions; always ask if you are not sure.
    • Be Proactive and Positive.
    • Build relationships with clients.
